I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), also referred to as a psychotherapist or counselor, with specialized training in relationship dynamics and emotional health.

You may feel stuck, stressed, or caught in overwhelming emotions. Therapy with me can help you find relief, gain insight, develop practical skills, expand thinking, and raise awareness of your brain-body connection to support healing, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes.
The length and frequency of therapy depend on your goals and needs. Sessions may be weekly, every other week, or monthly, including occasional check-ins. The goal is to provide relief, develop practical skills, and support you in moving forward with confidence—ultimately “graduating” from therapy when you’re ready.

Yes. Online sessions can be accessed from a phone, tablet, or computer with a reliable internet connection. You’ll receive a secure session link through my client portal before your appointment—simply click the link at your appointment time to join.
You’ll need a private space where you can speak comfortably and must be physically located in California during the session.

Yes-you're welcome to text, email, or call. Please note that I don't provide therapy through messages or over the phone, and I typically only respond between sessions if something is urgent.
Any concerns that need a thoughtful, therapeutic response will be addressed during our next scheduled session, where we can ensure privacy and give the issue the attention it deserves. -
Yes. I provide clinical consultation for therapists on case conceptualization, and treatment planning.

Clinical Supervision supports Associate MFTs working toward licensure in California with case guidance, ethics, and professional development. I am trained as a Clinical Supervisor in California and provide structured support to help associates meet BBS licensure requirements.

Insurance & Fees

Insurance & Coverage
Individual therapy: I am in-network with select insurance plans through Headway, a secure third-party platform that manages insurance billing.
Accepted plans: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross California, Oxford (Optum), and UnitedHealthcare.
Insurance verification: Benefits, coverage, and copay information are verified before your first session. Verification may be immediate or take a few days.
Medical necessity: I provide clinically appropriate treatment based on your individual needs; however, your insurance company determines coverage according to your specific plan and its medical-necessity requirements.
Couples therapy: Offered as private pay only.

Individual therapy: You may request a Superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
If you have out-of-network benefits for individual therapy, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your specific coverage.

50-minute Individual Adult Therapy session @ $180
50-minute Couples Therapy session @$180
Many couples choose 75-minute sessions, which are offered at a rate of $200.
For EMDR or Brainspotting therapy, 15-minute extensions are available and billed at a prorated rate if additional time is helpful.

I accept Zelle, Venmo, credit, and debit cards. Payments are processed electronically at the end of each session. Credit and debit card payments are securely processed through my SimplePractice portal.
