Experience & Perspective
Before becoming a therapist, I earned my MBA and worked in professional settings, where I gained insight into performance pressure, leadership dynamics, and the complexities of navigating work–life-family balance.
With over two decades of marriage and raising children into young adulthood, I’ve gained a deeer appreciation for the resilience and flexibility that relationships and family require.
Alongside my clinical practice, I provide clinical supervision, consultation, and training to associate clinicians, with a focus on suorting couples and parents.
Insightful MFT Counseling reflects both my professional training as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and my approach to therapy.
MFT stands for Marriage and Family Therapist—a licensed credential earned through a master’s degree, specialized education, and training focused on emotional health and relationships.
Insightful informs my approach to therapy, creating a supportive space where understanding and practical tools support meaningful change and healing.
