Being a therapist is deeply meaningful to me. I offer compassionate therapy grounded in trauma-informed care. My work supports adults in gaining insight, building resilience, strengthening their relationships, and expressing their needs with greater confidence and clarity.

Experience & Perspective

Before becoming a therapist, I earned my MBA and worked in professional settings, giving me insight into performance pressure, leadership dynamics, and the complexities of work–life balance.

I’ve been married for over two decades and have raised children into young adulthood. These experiences deepen my appreciation for the resilience required in long-term relationships and evolving family dynamics.

Alongside my clinical practice, I provide clinical supervision, consultation, and training to associate clinicians, with a focus on couples therapy.

Insightful MFT Counseling reflects both my professional training as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and my approach to therapy.

MFT stands for Marriage and Family Therapist—a licensed credential earned through a master’s degree, specialized education, and training focused on emotional health and relationships.

Insightful informs my approach to therapy, creating a supportive space where understanding and practical tools support meaningful change and healing.
