Before becoming a therapist, I earned my MBA and worked in professional settings, giving me insight into performance pressure, leadership dynamics, and the complexities of work–life balance.
I’ve been married for over two decades and have raised children into young adulthood. These experiences deepen my appreciation for the resilience required in long-term relationships and evolving family dynamics.
Alongside my clinical practice, I provide consultation and training → to associate clinicians, with a focus on couples therapy.
